Installation of cooling towers
1, choose the appropriate installation site.

(1), the shortest distance between the inlet end of the cooling tower and the adjacent building is not less than 1.5 times the height of the tower.

(2), should not be installed in the substation, boilers and other places with heat sources, the tower should be away from open fire.

2, set more than one cooling tower spacing

(1) and buildings or side obstacles between the distance

(2) countercurrent tower: spacing should be greater than the tower engaged.

(3) cross-flow tower: spacing should be greater than one-half of the height of the tower.

(4) set two or more than two when the distance between the tower.

(5) round countercurrent tower spacing should be greater than the radius of the tower.

(6) square countercurrent tower spacing should be greater than one-half of the length of the tower.

(7) straight AC or two sides into the air square countercurrent tower spacing should be greater than the height of the tower.

3, cooling tower foundation

(1) foundation seat (platform) should be a sentence load distribution of the maximum to design the bearing strength.

4, the cooling tower basic piping

(1) piping diameter shall not be less than the diameter of the cooling tower out of the water pipe.

(2) cooling tower water pump and heat exchanger inlet and outlet are best configured with control valves.

(3) by the pump to the direction of the water inlet needs to be installed filter.

(4) pipe diameter greater than 100mm, the cooling tower and the water pump inlet and outlet pipes need to be installed vibration-proof joints or vibration-proof hose.
