The tower body is made of reinforced three-layer FRP glass steel, the surface color contains anti-ultraviolet, ten years as new, smooth surface, anti-aging, dirt resistance, not afraid of long-term sun, acid rain corrosion resistance, the use of life of more than 15 years.

Strong structure

The metal structure in the tower is treated with hot dip galvanizing. The steel parts after rust removal are immersed in the melted zinc liquid at about 500℃, so that the surface of the steel members is attached with zinc layer, and the corrosion protection is effective.

The cooling tower adopts fully enclosed special motor for cooling tower, with protection grade F. It can work continuously in hot and humid environment for a long time, with the characteristics of safety and reliability. It can also be equipped with designated brand motor and corresponding frequency converter according to user requirements.

Environmental protection and energy saving

The cooling tower cooling system is made of non-combustible PVC material, which is up to the B1 level non-combustible standard. It has the triple effect of wind conduction, heat dissipation and water collection. It maximizes the moisture in the wet air in the cooling tower, and the water drift rate is as low as 1.005%.
